Files app not supporting zip file compression with encryption.

Use case / Motivation:
Customer needs to support to compress files with encryption on Files app when they exchange a confidential data with non-GSuite users.

Existing workarounds:
Ask customers' customer to use @gmail.com account and send the file via Google drive, however it's very difficult to ask.
'Privacy mark' (https://privacymark.org/) which is very common (mandatory?) for enterprises in Japan requires 'encripted zip file compression' when they send an attachment which includes PII.
