find_in_page should ignore elements with aria-hidden="true"

Project Member Reported by jbw@google.com, Dec 14

Issue description

Chrome Version : 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create an HTML file with an element with aria-hidden="true" attribute and some text.
(2) Use CTRL+F to search for the text

What is the expected result?

Text that is hidden to screen readers should not be found using CTRL+F

What happens instead?

The text is found. This can be confusing, e.g., in the presence of material icons. See https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/chromium-discuss/PbK8dUrq0jE/sffAxwEFDgAJ

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
