What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Get any notification (Eg: Take screenshot)
(2)Lock the screen and click on ubertray observe Notification is still seen when notification is hidden
Actual: Notification is still seen when notification is hidden in lockscreen
Expected: No such issue should be seen
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 72.0.3626.15/ 11316.18.0 dev
