Add a cache that's cleared upon browser close event. This will allow features that don't want this data persisted an option.

* Chat with potential users.
* Come up with a small design.
* Implement the meta/data stores.
* Add configurable CachedImageFetcher at the service layer.
* Hook up clients or provide documentation to do so.
