not-blink-gen-property-trees virtual test suite runs with BGPT enabled when BGPT status=test

It looks like status=test takes precedence over --disable-blink-features=BlinkGenPropertyTrees. As a result, when demoting BlinkGenPropertyTrees from status=experimental to status=test, the not-blink-gen-property-trees virtual test suite started failing because it's run with BlinkGenPropertyTrees enabled.

This has been fixed by https://crrev.com/616823. We moved the BGPT virtual test suite to use virtual/stable.
