Since the indicator is not interactive and the widget is just informational, then perhaps just label the entire panel with <div role="dialog" aria-label="Page 1: Add a bookmark to your email"> .... </div>. We'll want to use aria-hidden on any redundant information so that it isn't spoken twice.
