Updated chrome. It's still disabled. Nothing have prompted me to update it. I honestly don't even know of my phone needs it. It's just there and I can't uninstall it either. I can just learn to ignore it as normal I suppose. Hopefully it will be gone when I get the pie update On Thu, Dec 13, 2018, 7:47 PM nyerrami… via monorail < monorail+v2.1710364441@chromium.org wrote:

Updating Chrome is how you update WebView - Chrome is used instead, to save you downloading extra data. WebView is supposed to be disabled; there's no need to enable it, and it's not supposed to be gone either; it's there so that the system can re-enable it for users who are in certain configurations where Chrome can't be used, and this happens automatically if it's needed; there's nothing to uninstall as the disabled WebView is just a placeholder, and doesn't take up any space on your phone. |
