fhorschig: The bisect had some kind of error, but it did identify the culprit as r615878:
Revert "Reland "Disable the new tab-loading animation""

Is this intentional?

This was a CL breaking tests which I just reverted as sheriff. Meanwhile, pbos@ has reverted https://crrev.com/c/1373832.
