Print with "Save as PDF" adds the white line on the page bottom

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the attached .htm file (The printed div is 1123x794px, which corresponds the standard A4) 2. Open the "Print" dialog - Destination "Save as PDF" - Layout: Landscape Advanced settings: - margin: None - paper size: A4 What is the expected behavior? The printed content occupies all the PDF. What went wrong? The white line is added to the bottom of PDF file. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? We are hitting a rounding error. On Mac, it rounds down by 1 pixel, and on Linux it rounds up by 1 pixel. (Spills over to page 2)

re: comment 4 - presumably the div that has the blue border. We've had rounding issues in the past when printing. e.g. r468823.

None of the elements have a non-integer pixel size and I still can't repro.
