I entered a number of my domains into the list hstspreload.org.

lawrencewhiteside.com
atxchirocoverage.com
abonilla.com

to name a few.  That was months ago.  I was hoping Google would update Chrome with a current list.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto http://lawrencewhiteside.com
2. will time out instead of automatically using the https://
3. Go to the list https://cs.chromium.org/codesearch/f/chromium/src/net/http/transport_security_state_static.json  
4. Find lawrencewhiteside.com easily.
5. Goto the current list in Chrome
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/ec3092c8d21e20e39698f5272c8a7f71c3ee88a2/net/http/transport_security_state_static.json
6. Find it's not there.


What is the expected output?
Firefox, Opera and Safari have all updated their lists (in the last few months) and work as expected.
