Keyboard focus lost after minimizing window |
||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionChrome Version: 72.0.3624.0 and newer OS: Windows 10 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch the browser (2) Ctrl-N to open a new window (3) Tab once or twice to be sure keyboard focus is within the content area (4) Minimize the new browser window (5) Alt-tab to restore the minimized window What is the expected result? Keyboard focus is in the window so that things like Ctr-Tab or even Alt-F4 work. What happens instead? Nothing seems to have keyboard focus. Mouse clicks are needed to get any keyboard input into the restored browser window. You are probably looking for a change made after 611298 (known good), but no later than 611325 (first known bad). CHANGELOG URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/bf915e217fe822d7e2351ac8ed6cc983bd6c1fdd..edf93e9e7c14679be9923f7a425b57127181a6eb I suspect r611322. Could you take a look, davidbienvenu? Thanks.

This should be fixed by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1380343 which was submitted this morning. It needs to be landed on the m72 branch as well.

I've requested approval for the fix for crbug.com/914645 to be merged into M72, which will fix this bug as well. |
