What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign into User -> press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot -> go to Files App-> Right click for context menu and select 'Gallery'
(2)Now gallery will be seen ->select title of the screenshot and now right click for context menu and observe unnecessary 'Select All' option even after whole title is selected 
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Unnecessary 'Select All' option should not be seen  even after whole title is selected  i.e.  'Select All' option should be disabled
Actual: Instead Unnecessary 'Select All' option is seen

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

Note : Issue is also seen on M-71 and M-73
