What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go chrome://settings/lockScreen -> At 'screen lock options' section select 'PIN or Password' option by clicking on 'SET UP PIN'
(2)In 'Enter your PIN' overlay-> Enter 1 digit (8 times) -> now again try to enter 1 digit -> observe unable to enter 
(3)Now with mouse click on 1 digit and observe able to enter

Actual: Should be able to enter same digit continuously from keypad also
Expected: Instead unable to enter same digit continuously  from keypad

This is Regression issue as same is working fine on M-70

Note : Issue is also seen on M-71 and M-73
