What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> go to chrome://settings/editDictionary and Add a word (Ex:abc)
(2)Again add the same word(Ex:abc) and observe 'already added' error message
(4)Remove the added word (Ex:abc) and observe still already added error message(Please refer video)
Actual:'Already added' error message is seen even after removing the existing word
Expected: 'Already added' error message should not be seen once we remove the the existingly added word
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62
