Pre-condition: Set Force UI direction to 'Right-to-Left' under chrome://flags
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open NTP and open Task Manager using Shift+Esc.
2. Resize the Task Manager window to maximum, press tab to get focus on any entry and observe blue focus ring.
3. Also press right arrow key and observe the traversal of blue focus ring.
Actual Result: Blue focus ring does not follow RTL format.
Expected Result: Blue focus ring should appear and traverse as per RTL format.
This is a regression issue, broken in M-73 series, and below is the per-revision bisect info:
Good Build: 73.0.3631.0(Revision:613837)
Bad Build : 73.0.3632.0(Revision:614204)
You are probably looking for a change made after 613995 (known good), but no later than 613996 (first known bad).
CHANGE LOG URL:
