Webcam.js Error: Could not access webcam

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just launch my attachment html.
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
Webcam can be accessed.

What went wrong?
Webcam.js Error: Could not access webcam: TypeError: Failed to execute 'createObjectURL' on 'URL': No function was found that matched the signature provided.

Did this work before? Yes 70.0.3538.77

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #71.0.3578.98 and latest chrome #73.0.3640.0 using windows 10, Ubuntu 17.10 and Mac OS 10.13.6 by following steps as per comment#0. The following is the bisect information.

You are probably looking for a change made after 589879 (known good), but no later than 589880 (first known bad).

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
createObjectURL has been deprecated and removed from all current versions of major browsers. There have been extensive warnings it was deprecated and would be removed soon.

Please just assign your stream objects to the "srcObject" property of your video or audio element.
Also, the version 1.0.6 of this library seems old. Newer versions should work better and fix your issues.
