Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Just launch my attachment html. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Webcam can be accessed. What went wrong? Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #71.0.3578.98 and latest chrome #73.0.3640.0 using windows 10, Ubuntu 17.10 and Mac OS 10.13.6 by following steps as per comment#0. The following is the bisect information. createObjectURL has been deprecated and removed from all current versions of major browsers. There have been extensive warnings it was deprecated and would be removed soon. Please just assign your stream objects to the "srcObject" property of your video or audio element.

Also, the version 1.0.6 of this library seems old. Newer versions should work better and fix your issues.
