Regression:Google Doodle is not seen on NTP.

Chrome Version:73.0.3637.0 (Official Build) Revisioncbc337a73280633ef62f5293db6efd1a11998d18-refs/branch-heads/3637@{#1}(64-bit)
OS : Mac(10.13.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.2), Windows(7,8,10).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and run audit on NTP.
2. Sign in with valid credentials in gmail.com.
3. Open NTP and observe.

Actual Result   : Google Doodle is not seen on NTP.
Expected Result : Google Doodle should be seen on NTP.

This is a regression issue broken in M-73 and will soon update bisect information:
Good Build :72.0.3626.0 
Bad Build : 73.0.3627.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 612490 (known good), but no later than 612491 (first known bad).

Update :
Issue is also reproducible on OS : Mac(10.13.6, 10.13.1, 10.14.2), Windows(7,8,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) using Latest Canary Build #73.0.3639.0.

I'm having a hard time reproducing since the Audits panel says "Can only audit HTTP/HTTPS pages and Chrome extensions. Navigate to a different page to start an audit." when I open DevTools on the new tab page.

WRT to comment#5:
Retested above issue on OS: Mac(10.13.1 , 10.13.6 , 10.14.3), Windows(7,8,10)and Linux(14.04 LTS) using latest Canary #73.0.3647.0  issue is not reproducible.
