desktop-pwas: we should remember the installation surface the user used to install the WebApp

We have the following installation surfaces:

1. Install button in Web App
2. Install button in three dot menu
3. Create shortcut in three dot menu > More tools.

And we will soon have others:

4. Arc++
5. Omnibox install button

We should remember which of these surfaces was used to install the app.
