oninput event fire error

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 71.0.3578.83
Operating system: Android 8.0.0

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Input continues to enter

Expected result:

The oninput event will continue to fire

Actual result:

The oninput event will only fire once when the input box continues to be entered.
