CacheStorage: Cache size mismatch while loading Google docs homescreen

Not always but sometimes I see following errors while loading Google docs homescreen (https://docs.google.com).

[205236:205249:1213/100839.609032:ERROR:cache_storage_cache.cc(2047)] Cache size: 30703360 does not match size from index: 30737408
[205236:205249:1213/100839.619206:ERROR:cache_storage_cache.cc(2047)] Cache size: 41935872 does not match size from index: 41989120

I'm not sure the exact repro step but this seems to happen when:
- Using a service worker enabled account
- Opening homescreen 1-2 day(s) after the last visit
- Using different chrome builds (milestone is the same, e.g. M73)

We have a histogram that shows how often this hits in the wild as well:

I expect this probably happens when the browser is shutdown while there is a pending index write.
