[CCA 5.2.6] Basking: camera preview screen shown wrong rotations in portrait/clamshell mode

Chrome OS Version:  11316.18.0, 72.0.3626.15(dev) channel 
Android vers: 7.1.1
Devices: Basking EMR dvt (has 2 cameras)

Step:
(1) Switch device into (Portrait/clamshell) mode
(2) Launch CCA 5.2.6/5.2.7 in portrait mode (90 degrees) (either Front/Back facing)

Observe: see attached files

Expected result:
CCA app should open in portrait/clamshell mode without any issue

Actual result:
Camera preview screen shown wrong rotation 


How frequently does this problem reproduce? (100%)

Allen, could you use latest Basking device to retest this? I remember we changed the physical camera orientation in dvt, so please use dvt2, pvt or mp.

i don't have dvt2, pvt or mp basking device...we only have 2 DVT sku2 and EMR dvt.
