[CCA 5.2.6] Basking: camera preview screen have inconsistent layout between "Front and Back" facing mode

Chrome OS Version:  11316.18.0, 72.0.3626.15(dev) channel 
Android vers: 7.1.1
Devices: Basking EMR dvt (has 2 cameras)

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open "CCA 5.2.6/ CCA 5.2.7 canary" app from launcher with (Front facing mode)
2.switch to "full screen" view
Observe behavior below: 

Expected result:
Camera preview screen should shown the black border on left/right side of the screen

Actual result:
Camera preview screen does not shown the black border on the left side of the screen

Note: not reproducible when switch in "Back" facing mode


How frequently does this problem reproduce? (100%)

It looks like basking for photo-taking: front-facing camera: 16x9 and back-facing camera: 4x3.

shenghao@, please verify if it's the expected camera resolutions on basking?

If so, this issue is WAI: letterbox (black borders) is shifted to right side (Basking_FrontFacingFull.png) because divided letterbox won't be enough to accommodate the shutter button.
