VoiceOver does not do Speak Selection formatting in Accessibility menu in Docs

Mac: 10.13.3
Chrome version: 72.0.3626.14 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) (cohort: Dev)

Steps:
1. Open Doc
2. A11y Menu> Speak selection formatting
Expected: VoiceOver should read aloud the Speak selection formatting for example: text is bold or underlined
Actual: However, no Formatting options are read aloud

Let's test with at least one other platform (Windows/NVDA or ChromeVox) - if it's broken everywhere, definitely a Docs bug

Also check with Firefox - if it works with Firefox then it IS our bug

Retested in Windows/Jaws and Windows/NVDA, issue is reproducible.

Also tested with Firefox and bug is reproducible there as well. We can infer its a Docs bug.
