[CCA 5.2.6] Rabbid: camera preview screen shown very poor quality and reddish upper screen

Chrome OS Version:  11316.18.0, 72.0.3626.15(dev) channel 
Android vers: 7.1.1
Devices: Rabbid DVT sku2

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open "CCA 5.2.6" app from launcher or "CCA 5.2.7 canary"
Observe behavior below: 

Expected result:
Camera preview screen should be clear and good quality

Actual result:
Camera preview screen shown very poor quality and reddish upper screen


How frequently does this problem reproduce? (100%)
