when you tap on YouTube suggestions on the new tab page, they should open in the YouTube app

Steps to reproduce the problem:
When I tap on YouTube suggestions on the new tab page ("Article for you"), it goes to the mobile YouTube website within Chrome, this is not good because the mobile YouTube website is not nearly as good or full featured as the YouTube app.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When a user taps on a YouTube suggestion on the new tab page, it should open in the YouTube app so users have the best YouTube experience
