Display in plugin an indication that all Tricium analyzer runs have completed

Would be useful to know when we are looking at the Tricium plugin if all runs have completed.

Right now it only displays "Tricium Run 4555807353995264   More info/File bug"
regardless of completion status.

If we add this capability then we can also eventually have additional states PENDING/RUNNING/COMPLETED.

The plugin actually already has this information (including pending/running/complete for the whole run, and for individual analyzers). I think we'd like to add more detail to the Gerrit plugin display later.

Although, we'd like to avoid adding too much info; we're purposely not showing the state for every analyzer. We'd probably like to show the overall state, and perhaps a list of analyzers that are (1) pending or (2) complete and had findings.

Right, adding the overall state would be useful. Can always click on the RUN link to see more detail.
