FaceDetector API returns unusable landmarks on MacOS |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 73.0.3637.0 OS Version: OS X 10.14.1 URLs (if applicable) : https://gist.github.com/surma/3e09edd1f3b5b9184e708b72dfa2da1a This demo draws the bounding box of the detected faces as well as all the landmarks given for each face. If a landmark consist of only one point, a 10px by 10px square is drawn around the landmark. If it has multiple points, the landmark is drawn as a path. What steps will reproduce the problem? 0. Enable chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features 1. Fetch the HTML file from gist 2. Run it and click “start” 3. Tried testing issue on reported chrome version #73.0.3637.0 using Mac OS 10.14.1 by following below steps. Steps: ===== 1. Launched chrome normally. 2. Created a HTML file provided from the url: https://gist.github.com/surma3e09edd1f3b5b9184e708b72dfa2da1a 3. Executed HTML file in new tab and clicked on start button. 4. After clicking on the start button, we have seen an error in console, "unable to invoke the face detector". Attached screenshot for reference. @Reporter: Could you please review attached screenshot and let us know if anything is being missed here. Request you to provide the screencast of the issue so that it would be really helpful in triaging the issue. And also requesting you to confirm if the issue is related to Android device. Thanks.!
