Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Pull up a website on Android device 2. Turn on a previously paired physical bluetooth keyboard 3. Keyboard pairs with Android device 4. Chromium re-draws the screen - losing whatever connection that was established (live chat, previously entered information, etc) NOTE: The reverse is also true. Turning off the BT keyboard also re-draws the screen. This does NOT occur when turning on/off a bluetooth mouse What is the expected behavior? Don't re-draw the screen when when switching between physical and virtual keyboards What went wrong? When the screen re-draws, any live connections are dropped (chat sessions with support), previously entered field information, etc. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3578.83 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9 Flash Version:
