What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download anyvideo file -> go to Files App
2)Now select that video and Zip it -> open click on Zipped video file-> now again in downloads rename the Zipped file
3)Go to already opened previous zip file ->right click on video for context menu and select 'Video Player' -> observe continuously loading is seen for video 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: After clicking on video Zipped file should get close and video should not play
Actual: Instead continuously loading is seen for video

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
