Webcam.js does not supported in chrome 71

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use webcam.js file in html program. 
2. window.URL.createObjectURL raises error
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
It should work correctly

What went wrong?
Not able to access web cam

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Thanks for the update,

Issue resolved...
getObjectURL() API call was deprecated so i was not able to access media
stream. But now i am using
MediaElement.srcObject = stream

This statement has solved my issue.
