Update LTE setup icon for setup entry points

Issue description

As part of the LTE refresher, we are introducing a set-up icon for LTE when it hasn't been set up yet. The icon appears in multiple entry points:

How about on OOBE Screen? and similar to 3) on chrome://settings>Mobile (Browser)

I didn't notice I only had 2) and 3), exported 1) as well. 
Gogo, feel free to modify if you think it needs modification. I updated the visual to match the ones I created for 2) and 3).

All assets attached.
I believe the icon for system menu is the same as the one for settings - 20*20px icon colored differently. @Stevenjb, let me know if this is not the case.

Let me know if there's anything more to do on my side.
