[TTS] Log the prediction score to UKM along with other Ranker data

We need to log the Ranker prediction score to UKM to help figure out why the Ranker Tap Suppression is not performing as well as expected.  We'll use this data to see how the client's prediction correlates with the offline training predictions.

[TTS] Record the Ranker score to UKM.

Adds the actual floating point score determined by Ranker to every
record where a prediction was made.
