mojom lite JS bindings will need associated interface support eventually.

Specifically this means:

- supporting multiplexed endpoints for binding (aka "router") and proxy (reply) dispatch
- supporting creation of associated interface proxies / routers
- supporting transmission of the latter within messages (which in turn requires supporting v2 message headers)
