Pre-condition : Sign into 2 Users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In second User(Ex: B Account) go to Uber tray -> click on user I'd and select 'Sign in to another user...' option for Multiple sign-in
(2)Now in Multiple login user screen -> click on Uber Tray and observe 'Lock screen' option is seen missing whereas on long press of 'Power' button 'Lock screen' option is seen

Expected:  'Lock screen' option should be available at Uber Tray
Actual: Instead 'Lock screen' option  is seen missing 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
