What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Go chrome://settings/lockScreen -> At 'screen lock options' section select 'PIN or Password' option by clicking on 'SET UP PIN'
(2)In 'Enter your PIN' overlay -> click on disabled 'Continue' button and observe cursor at 'PIN' field gets vanished

Expected: Cursor at 'PIN' field should not get vanished on clicking disabled 'Continue' button
Actual: Instead cursor at 'PIN' field gets vanished
This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
