Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to chrome://settings -> autofill settings
2. Add address
3. Country is a dropdown that only lets you select your country name in whatever language setting your browser is in

What is the expected behavior?
It probably would be easiest to be able to type free text in country field.

What went wrong?
Autofill fills Finnish or German names of my postage address country to wish.com, etc. making my packages get lost. Unsurprisingly the Chinese post does not know how to send a package to "Hamburg, Saksa"
