Parent window is not able to execute the commands properly which are sending from its child window. [For >67 versions.]

Reported by drshkmry...@gmail.com, Dec 11

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Created a function funcAlert(){alert(1);alert(2);alert(3);} in a window.
2. Opening a child window from this window.
3. Now calling the window.opener.focus(); window.opener.funcAlert(); to show alerts.
4. But its showing only last alert. Not all 1,2,3.

What is the expected behavior?
This should show all of alerts.

What went wrong?
Its showing only last alert.
Even if developer use the Confirm dialogue box also, then he will get the same problem. the confirm box will not appear.

Did this work before? Yes 63.0

Chrome version: 70.0.3538.110  Channel: n/a

This is the intended behavior: confirm() and alert() in inactive tabs no longer activate their tab and don't wait for user input.
confirm() since r565397 (Chrome 69), alert() since r511934 (Chrome 64).
See  bug 747117  and  bug 849816 .
