Regression: [Print Preview] 'Print' button is not seen and weird overlapping of 'Cancel' button with texts is observed on print preview page.

Project Member Reported by cdin...@virtusa.com, Dec 11

Issue description

Chrome Version: 72.0.3626.14 (Official Build) Revision	6f7b22605ffcc9509cfd22ac7f9b330417227a3b-refs/branch-heads/3626@{#248} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14.2) & Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/fonts page.
2. Set the Font size to Huge from slider and give print command.
3. Now observe the 'Print' & 'Cancel' buttons on print preview page.

Actual: 'Print' button is not seen and weird overlapping of 'Cancel' button with texts is observed on print preview page (Weird overlapping of texts are also seen).
Expected: 'Print' and 'Cancel' button should seen properly and no overlapping of text should seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-71 series, below is manual regression range:

Bad build: 71.0.3552.2 (Revision: 591210)

Using the 'per-revision' script providing the bisect result:

You are probably looking for a change made after 591108 (known good), but no later than 591109 (first known bad).
CHANGELOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
