What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> Go to Sign into chromebook page >> Create account >> Confirm you're not a robot overlay
(2)At verification code, click on Phone number extension dropdowns
(3)Select any random extn and observe the text "Confirm you're not a robot"
Actual: Unnecessary movement in "Confirm you're not a robot" text when phone number extn is selected
Expected: No such unnecessary movement in "Confirm you're not a robot" text should be seen when phone number extn is selected
This is a Regression issue as same works fine in 72.0.3626.8/11316.6.0 dev
