Develop solution to AuthenticationService and CWVSyncController's accessing of PO2TS's iOS delegate

AuthenticationService reaches into PO2TS to get its delegate, which it casts to the iOS delegate to call some specific methods on. How will we port this to IdentityManager?

CWVSyncController does something similar.

Note: CWVSyncController's unittest constructs a FakePO2TS via a passed-in iOS delegate. Our solution here should incorporate a solution for that unittest as well.
