What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Goto chrome://settings/manageAccessibility/tts
(2)Open eSpeakNG text-to-speech extension Settings(chrome-extension://dakbfdmgjiabojdgbiljlhgjbokobjpg/options.html)
(3) Press tab continuously and observe(please refer video)
Actual: Tab focus is seen missing in Settings page of eSpeakNG text-to-speech extension
expected:Tab focus should be seen in Settings page of eSpeakNG text-to-speech extension
Raising this as a Non-Regression issue as it is a new feature from 73.0.3636.0 dev
