crosvm virtio-gpu does not scale correctly with high dpi displays

Once virtio-gpu is enabled, the cursor does not get rendered with the proper scaling.  The cursor ends up doubled or more in size, and blocky.

The cursor part appears to have been caused by show large mouse cursor setting getting set on my test account and being sticky.ss
