Dedicated DevTools for Node.js icon has ng-resize cursor type

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 1.04; WOW64; Trident/7.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; rv:11.0) like Gecko

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Node.js with a debugger attached
2. Open DevTools from Chrome
3. Put mouse cursor over Node.js icon in devtools

What is the expected behavior?
Normal cursor.

What went wrong?
The cursor becomes ng-resize. It doesn't make sense, there is nothing to be resized.

Thanks for the report.  I was able to reproduce this once on Windows, and then never again.  Looking at the code, there's no styling that explicitly affects the cursor type.

I'll try to find another Windows machine and see if I can repro there.
