What is the expected result?
There should be usage greater than 0% in the v8 folder when visiting sites that use javascript (youtube, facebook, etc.).

What happens instead?
The usage is 0% for the v8 folder.

Is there a possibility the source code coverage of Chromium does not work properly or is
it conceivable that the usage should be 0%
