[LayoutNG] Selecting a floating ::first-letter is difficult.

This is particularly popular on vanityfair.com

The first letter (which is floating) is particularly difficult to select compared with the existing engine.

Interestingly, legacy works well on vanityfair.com, but basically as bad as NG on the given live-dom-viewer demo...
