Touch events are not working in latest chrome version 70 and above

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36 Platform: 11021.81.0 (Official Build) stable -channel cyan Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. On enabling Touch Events API in chrome://flags touch events are working 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? All version of Chrome should work What went wrong? Touch events are not working in latest chrome version 70 and above in Touch devices like chrome book, windows surface pro etc. This is due to Touch Events API is disabled by default in chrome://flags. In versions less than 70 Touch Events API was set to automatic and it was working fine. Did this work before? Yes 69 Chrome version: 70.03538.100 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Kindly let us know the possibilities of fixing it asap in the upcoming version.
