Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to chrome://settings/siteData?search=cook
2. Attempt to use the "Search cookies" bar to filter the list of cookies

(Note: Initially reproducible, now appears to not be. See additional comments for details.)

The list of cookies to be filtered to contain only those matching the search string you typed

The crash occurred initially, I reproduced the result following the same steps once, then reproduced the result once more with crash reporting enabled. When typing in this bug report I tried to repro again to nail down if certain inputs into the text box was causing the crash, but now cannot reproduce the error again even when following the same steps.
