Crash when searching in cookies

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3578.80 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Navigate to chrome://settings/siteData?search=cook 2. Attempt to use the "Search cookies" bar to filter the list of cookies (Note: Initially reproducible, now appears to not be. See additional comments for details.) What is the expected behavior? The list of cookies to be filtered to contain only those matching the search string you typed What went wrong? Crash to desktop Crashed report ID: 5feb6a8e13741710 How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 71.0.3578.80 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: The crash occurred initially, I reproduced the result following the same steps once, then reproduced the result once more with crash reporting enabled. When typing in this bug report I tried to repro again to nail down if certain inputs into the text box was causing the crash, but now cannot reproduce the error again even when following the same steps.
