Steps:
1.Switch to some Chinese keyboard (exist digital layout)
2.Press shift once and twice times
3.Tap any key , Check its input

Actual:
The same function for pressing shift key once & twice;
refers to attached video;

Expected:
when press shift key once, tap any key again, shift key should be release automatically, like  US keyboard
