MacPWAs: PWA windows are blank

In 73.0.3635.0, opening any PWA results in a blank window.

See attached video. Needs a bisect.

In the app shim process I get lots of messages reading:
[1209/233103.319853:ERROR:scoped_mach_port.cc(24)] ScopedMachReceiveRight mach_port_mod_refs: (os/kern) invalid name (15)

And a bisect on Chromium builds got me nowhere (it still worked on the most recent build)

Can't reproduce in a bisect of official Chrome builds

Really hoping that this is a one-off bad build ...

And ... I tried to see if this went away with a new profile -- it did go away with a new profile.

Then I thought that maybe there was a compatibility issue that I should dig in to ... and I accidentally blew away my old profile in the process.

Leaving this open in case this was just me.
