Some keys have not display well for FA-Persian keyboard with shift-pressed

Input tools version:
72.0.20181203.223901082 

Steps:
1.Switch to FA-Persian keyboard
2.Press shift key
3.Check its UI

Actual:
Some keys can not correctly displayed, comparing to  product page ;
refers to attached screenshot;

This issue also repro in FA-Persian with AltGr key pressed, 
Its UI is also not consistent with product page;
